Why use a chemist for troubleshooting?

When something goes wrong in a water system, such as an unexpected corrosion reading, a biological exceedance or a drop in system performance, the cause is rarely obvious, and guesswork is expensive.

Effective troubleshooting requires a chemist who understands the fundamentals: how water chemistry interacts with materials, how operating conditions influence treatment performance, and where the gaps in a program are most likely to appear. We don't just treat the symptom. We find the root cause and fix it.
